1. Returns
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@velloremattress.com with details.
6. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
